Audrey Hyson has called Lake Placid and Keene Valley home for 28 years. Audrey dedicates herself to learning more about the natural world close to home, pursuing a career in natural history interpretation and her personal interest in botany and ornithology. She grew up in North Florida, where youthful wanderings in a semitropical landscape were an incubator for a lifetime spent knocking around in the woods noticing everything. Her greatest joy is sharing her exploration of the world with other curious naturalists.
